Damage & Exchange Policy
At Nevix.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Parcel Opening Requirement
When the parcel is delivered, the customer must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel
- The shipping label
- The product inside
Without a parcel opening video, claims may not be accepted.
Damaged Product Claims
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Send an email or WhatsApp with the following details:
- Parcel opening video
- Your full name
- Your Order ID
- Clear pictures of the damaged item
Exchange Process
Once the damage is verified, the damaged item will be exchanged.
Nevix.pk will guide you through the return and replacement process.
