At Nevix.pk, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment (or order confirmation in case of Cash on Delivery).

Processing time is typically 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping & Delivery

Nevix.pk offers nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Delivery time usually ranges between 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

Any additional charges such as re-delivery fees due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refused delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information.

Nevix.pk is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Parcel Receiving Instructions

Upon delivery, the customer (consignee) must record a clear and uninterrupted video while opening the parcel.

This video is mandatory in case of any damage claim or exchange request.

 

Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged product, you must inform Nevix.pk within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Your complaint email must include:

  • Parcel opening video
  • Your Full Name
  • Order ID

After verification, the damaged item will be exchanged according to our Damage & Exchange Policy.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is refused or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.

Nevix.pk does not offer refunds for refused deliveries.

Policy Updates

Nevix.pk reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
