Nevix.pk reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products & Orders

All product images displayed on Nevix.pk are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product color, size, or design may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Nevix.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or any other valid reason.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on Nevix.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Full payment (or confirmed Cash on Delivery order) is required before order processing and dispatch.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience and may vary due to courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Nevix.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Damage Policy

The customer (consignee) must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel.

If the product arrives damaged, the customer must inform Nevix.pk within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

The complaint must include:

• Parcel opening video
• Customer Name
• Order ID

After proper verification, the damaged item will be exchanged accordingly.

Refund & Return Policy

Nevix.pk does not offer refunds.

Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the case of damaged products, subject to valid video proof.

Claims made without an opening video or reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Intellectual Property

All content on Nevix.pk, including but not limited to images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Nevix.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nevix.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not misuse or unlawfully share your information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
