At Nevix.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect products.
To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must record a clear and continuous video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel
- The shipping label
- The unboxing process
- The product and any visible damage
Without a proper parcel opening video, claims will not be accepted.
Reporting Damage
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Please email or WhatsApp us with the following details:
- Parcel opening video
- Your full name
- Your Order ID
- Clear pictures of the damaged product

Exchange Process
Once the damage is verified, the damaged item will be exchanged.
The exchange process will begin after proper verification of the provided video and required details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered.
Only exchange of damaged or incorrect items is applicable according to our policy.
Non-Eligible Cases
Nevix.pk will not be responsible for:
- Claims without a parcel opening video
- Complaints reported after 48 hours
- Damage caused after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind or personal preference issues
